Dom DeMarco of Di Fara was just elected into the Pizza Hall of Fame. Before today, I didn’t know that particular hall even existed, but it’s awesome nonetheless. If you haven’t been yet, it’s time to make a pilgrimage. You’ll have to wait, but it’s worth it to eat pizza from a master. The man is truly a dying breed, one of the last true craftsmen in America. And yes, it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had.
