I’ve had the Buzzcocks album Singles Going Steady on heavy rotation the last few days after recently discovering the band. The whole album is great, with “Everybody’s Happy Nowadays” being one of several standout songs. And thanks to the excellent music blog tuneage, I can easily re-post it.

No “throwback to old music” week would be complete without an old skool punk rock song! I chose The Buzzcocks because they’re one of my all time favorite bands. I’ve been fortunate enough to see them twice in the past few years and love that fact that these 50+ dudes still tour and have as much energy as someone in their early 20s. The Buzzcocks are one of those bands that just do it for me. No explanation needed.
